    20-Minute Discovery

Tell us the outcome, current systems, and constraints.

  2. STEP-02

    Written Scope

Receive a clear recommended approach, timeline, and estimate.

  3. STEP-03

    Build in Visible Milestones

See working software in staging as the project moves toward launch.

Is Luera Web Solutions a good fit?

Good fit
  • You have a real application, workflow, integration, automation, ecommerce, or AI problem that needs to ship.
  • You want direct communication with the engineer building it.
  • You need existing systems connected rather than replaced.
  • You have a prototype or internal workflow that needs to become production software.
Probably not a fit
  • You are primarily looking for the lowest-cost commodity staff augmentation.
  • You need a large offshore development bench.
  • You want a generic one-click AI tool with no implementation work.

Questions buyers ask first

Can you take over an existing application?
Yes. Taking over, extending, or productionising an existing codebase is a common starting point. The first call covers the current state of the code and what moving forward safely would take.
Do you build on top of what we already have?
Wherever it makes sense. Replacing a working system of record is a separate decision. Most engagements add the missing surface and connect it to what already holds the data.
What happens after launch?
Deployment, monitoring, and documentation are part of the work. Ongoing support is available as a retainer, or the system can be handed to your team with what they need to run it.
What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes to map the outcome you need, the systems already in place, and the constraints around them. No pitch deck and no pressure. You leave with a recommended approach — or an honest answer that the work is not worth building.
Will I speak directly with the developer?
Yes. You talk to the engineer who scopes and builds the system. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a separate delivery team.
Can you work with our existing systems?
That is most of the work. CRMs, ERPs, storefronts, warehouses, support desks, and internal databases get connected through APIs, webhooks, and — where AI needs a scoped view — a Model Context Protocol connector.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. The default assumption is that the systems you already pay for stay. Replacing a system of record is a different class of project and should be a deliberate decision, not a prerequisite for getting value.
Can you extend an existing codebase?
Yes. Taking over, extending, or productionising an existing application or prototype is a common starting point. The first call covers the current state of the code and what it would take to move forward safely.
Do you work with companies outside Arizona?
Yes. Luera Web Solutions is based in Mesa, Arizona and works across the Phoenix metro in person, with remote engagements nationwide using async communication and scheduled video calls.
What project sizes are a good fit?
Focused builds through multi-month product development, plus ongoing retainers. The best fit is a defined outcome — a workflow, integration, application, or automation that needs to ship. Budget and timeline are covered on the first call so the scope matches what you expect to spend.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, deployment, and credentials live in accounts you control. We document what we build and can either hand it to your team or stay on for iteration.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA before the call if you would prefer to discuss specifics under it, or we can talk in general terms first and paper it before scoping.
How quickly can a project start?
Start dates depend on current commitments and the scope of the work. The discovery call covers realistic timing along with the approach and estimate, so you know before committing to anything.
