What we store on your device
Necessary. A first-party consent record (`lws_consent`) remembers whether analytics is on or off. It lasts up to 180 days. The site cannot remember your choice without it.
Analytics and conversion measurement (optional). Google Analytics 4 cookies such as `_ga` and `_ga_*` measure pages, scroll depth, and form steps. When this is on, Google Ads may also set `_gcl_au` so we can tell whether an ad click led to a booking request. IP addresses are anonymized. Personalized ads and remarketing stay off.
You can change this anytime with Cookie settings in the footer. Browsers that send Global Privacy Control (GPC) are treated as opted out of analytics.
What we measure
If analytics is allowed, we record page views, content group (home, consulting, locations), scroll depth, which sections were seen, clicks to start a project, intake path (call vs written form), form steps, and whether a lead was submitted. We do not send your name, email, or message text to Google Analytics.
Google processes this data in the United States under its Analytics terms. Retention follows the setting in our Analytics property (typically 2–14 months).
We also load a Google Ads tag (AW-18410902619) so ad clicks can be attributed, and we send a conversion ping when a consultation form is submitted. That ping does not include your name, email, or message. We do not use the tag for remarketing or personalized ads (`ad_personalization` stays denied).
GDPR choices
Analytics and conversion-measurement cookies are off until you accept. You can reject them and still use the site. Legal basis is consent. Necessary consent storage is a legitimate-interest / strictly-necessary cookie.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal data we hold, and you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Email dillon@lueraws.com to exercise these rights.
CCPA / CPRA notice
We do not sell personal information for money. Using Google Analytics and Ads conversion measurement can be “sharing” identifiers for cross-context measurement. California residents can opt out with “Do not sell or share” in the cookie banner, Cookie settings, or the footer link, and by enabling Global Privacy Control.
Categories involved: online identifiers, browsing activity on this site, and approximate location derived by Google. We do not collect sensitive personal information through analytics. We do not use analytics or conversion data to show you personalized ads.
You may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email dillon@lueraws.com. Authorized agents may contact us at the same address.
