Custom AI & Software That Connects to the Systems You Already Use

Luera Web Solutions builds AI agents, internal tools, portals, automation, and integrations around the way your business already works — without forcing another platform into your stack.

No cost. No obligation. Speak directly with the engineer who will scope the work.

  3. STEP-03

    Build in Visible Milestones

See working software in staging as the project moves toward launch.

How we connect AI to the systems you already trust

The technical pattern behind the work above. You do not need to read this to book a call — it is here for the engineers and IT stakeholders who will ask how it is built.

Most teams already pay for a CMS, an analytics suite, a catalog, a knowledge base, and an ERP. Those systems rarely talk to the AI builders marketing and product now use. The result is copy-paste, stale sites, and dashboards nobody acts on.

Luera Web Solutions builds the connective layer: a containerized MCP that exposes the systems you approve to the AI tools your team already chose. The stack stays yours. We stay tool-agnostic.

  1. 01

    Your systems

CMS, analytics, catalog, knowledge, ERP — the tools you already run.

  2. 02

    MCP layer

A containerized connector that lets AI tools read — and only read — the systems you approve.

  3. 03

    AI builder

The generator or copilot your team already uses, now grounded in live business data.

  4. 04

    Live result

A site, storefront, copilot, or ops tool grounded in current data.

Select a step to focus it. Every stage stays visible.

We have already shipped this pattern: a containerized MCP, deployed, connected to an AI site builder, with a full marketing site generated from live CMS entries and informed by experience-analytics context. The same lane works for catalogs, knowledge bases, and ERPs.

Systems we have already connected include

Named here so searchers and IT can recognize the pattern. They are not a preferred-vendor list and they are not the product.

Examples, not a preferred list.

Use cases we run this pattern on

Is Luera Web Solutions a good fit?

Good fit
  • You have a real application, workflow, integration, automation, ecommerce, or AI problem that needs to ship.
  • You want direct communication with the engineer building it.
  • You need existing systems connected rather than replaced.
  • You have a prototype or internal workflow that needs to become production software.
Probably not a fit
  • You are primarily looking for the lowest-cost commodity staff augmentation.
  • You need a large offshore development bench.
  • You want a generic one-click AI tool with no implementation work.

Questions buyers ask first

What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes to map the outcome you need, the systems already in place, and the constraints around them. No pitch deck and no pressure. You leave with a recommended approach — or an honest answer that the work is not worth building.
Will I speak directly with the developer?
Yes. You talk to the engineer who scopes and builds the system. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a separate delivery team.
Can you work with our existing systems?
That is most of the work. CRMs, ERPs, storefronts, warehouses, support desks, and internal databases get connected through APIs, webhooks, and — where AI needs a scoped view — a Model Context Protocol connector.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. The default assumption is that the systems you already pay for stay. Replacing a system of record is a different class of project and should be a deliberate decision, not a prerequisite for getting value.
Can you extend an existing codebase?
Yes. Taking over, extending, or productionising an existing application or prototype is a common starting point. The first call covers the current state of the code and what it would take to move forward safely.
Do you work with companies outside Arizona?
Yes. Luera Web Solutions is based in Mesa, Arizona and works across the Phoenix metro in person, with remote engagements nationwide using async communication and scheduled video calls.
What project sizes are a good fit?
Focused builds through multi-month product development, plus ongoing retainers. The best fit is a defined outcome — a workflow, integration, application, or automation that needs to ship. Budget and timeline are covered on the first call so the scope matches what you expect to spend.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, deployment, and credentials live in accounts you control. We document what we build and can either hand it to your team or stay on for iteration.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA before the call if you would prefer to discuss specifics under it, or we can talk in general terms first and paper it before scoping.
How quickly can a project start?
Start dates depend on current commitments and the scope of the work. The discovery call covers realistic timing along with the approach and estimate, so you know before committing to anything.
Does this lock us to one CMS, analytics tool, or AI vendor?
No. The layer is written against the job — content, behavior, catalog, knowledge, or operations — not a preferred-vendor list. If you change platforms later, the connector is what we update. The surface your team uses stays yours.
What does IT need to know about security?
The connector only sees the systems and fields you authorize. Credentials stay in your environment. We design for least privilege, audit logs, and a human review step before anything public goes live.
Is this just another chatbot on the website?
No. The point is a working surface: a site generated from live content, a storefront driven by the catalog, a copilot that answers from your SOPs, or an ops tool that posts into the ERP. Chat can be a piece of that. It is not the product.
Who owns the connector and the generated site?
You do. Source, deployment, and credentials stay in accounts you control. We build the layer, document it, and can stay on for iteration — or hand it to your team.
