What happens on the first call?

Twenty minutes to map the outcome you need, the systems already in place, and the constraints around them. No pitch deck and no pressure. You leave with a recommended approach — or an honest answer that the work is not worth building.

Will I speak directly with the developer?

Yes. You talk to the engineer who scopes and builds the system. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a separate delivery team.

Can you work with our existing systems?

That is most of the work. CRMs, ERPs, storefronts, warehouses, support desks, and internal databases get connected through APIs, webhooks, and — where AI needs a scoped view — a Model Context Protocol connector.

Do we need to replace our current software?

Who owns the code?

You do. Source, deployment, and credentials live in accounts you control. We document what we build and can either hand it to your team or stay on for iteration.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes. Send your NDA before the call if you would prefer to discuss specifics under it, or we can talk in general terms first and paper it before scoping.

How quickly can a project start?

Start dates depend on current commitments and the scope of the work. The discovery call covers realistic timing along with the approach and estimate, so you know before committing to anything.

Does this lock us to one CMS, analytics tool, or AI vendor?

No. The layer is written against the job — content, behavior, catalog, knowledge, or operations — not a preferred-vendor list. If you change platforms later, the connector is what we update. The surface your team uses stays yours.

What does IT need to know about security?

The connector only sees the systems and fields you authorize. Credentials stay in your environment. We design for least privilege, audit logs, and a human review step before anything public goes live.

Is this just another chatbot on the website?

No. The point is a working surface: a site generated from live content, a storefront driven by the catalog, a copilot that answers from your SOPs, or an ops tool that posts into the ERP. Chat can be a piece of that. It is not the product.
