Live CMS Content Becomes a Production Marketing Site

Pages, modules, and campaigns stay in the CMS you already run. The site is generated from that source of truth — not rebuilt by hand every time marketing publishes.

  1. 01

    Headless CMS

Entries, modules, and campaigns you already publish.

  2. 02

    MCP layer

A containerized connector that lets AI tools read — and only read — the systems you approve.

  3. 03

    AI builder

The generator or copilot your team already uses, now grounded in live business data.

  4. 04

    Live marketing site

A production site generated from current content, not a snapshot.

Select a step to focus it. Every stage stays visible.

What changes for the team

Marketing should not wait on a ticket to change a headline. Developers should not rebuild a brochure every quarter. When the CMS is the source of truth, an AI builder can generate and refresh the public site from live entries.

We wire a containerized MCP to your headless CMS, connect it to the AI site builder your team prefers, and keep a human in the loop before anything ships. You keep the CMS. You keep the builder. The site stops being a one-off theme.

We have already shipped this pattern: a containerized MCP, deployed, connected to an AI site builder, with a full marketing site generated from live CMS entries. Experience-analytics context can sit on the same lane so the next iteration is informed by how people actually use the pages.

Why teams work with Luera Web Solutions

A stakeholder view of the same work

Today
  • Content lives in the CMS. The public site is a separate rebuild.
  • Campaign pages lag the brief by days or weeks.
  • A redesign means starting over instead of regenerating from the same entries.
After
  • The CMS stays the source of truth. The site is generated from it.
  • New modules and campaigns can become pages without a full rebuild.
  • You keep your CMS and your AI builder — we add the lane between them.

Three steps from first call to working software

  1. STEP-01

    20-Minute Discovery

Tell us the outcome, current systems, and constraints.

  2. STEP-02

    Written Scope

Receive a clear recommended approach, timeline, and estimate.

  3. STEP-03

    Build in Visible Milestones

See working software in staging as the project moves toward launch.

Questions buyers ask first

What happens on the first call?
Twenty minutes to map the outcome you need, the systems already in place, and the constraints around them. No pitch deck and no pressure. You leave with a recommended approach — or an honest answer that the work is not worth building.
Will I speak directly with the developer?
Yes. You talk to the engineer who scopes and builds the system. There is no account manager layer and no handoff to a separate delivery team.
Can you work with our existing systems?
That is most of the work. CRMs, ERPs, storefronts, warehouses, support desks, and internal databases get connected through APIs, webhooks, and — where AI needs a scoped view — a Model Context Protocol connector.
Do we need to replace our current software?
No. The default assumption is that the systems you already pay for stay. Replacing a system of record is a different class of project and should be a deliberate decision, not a prerequisite for getting value.
Can you extend an existing codebase?
Yes. Taking over, extending, or productionising an existing application or prototype is a common starting point. The first call covers the current state of the code and what it would take to move forward safely.
Do you work with companies outside Arizona?
Yes. Luera Web Solutions is based in Mesa, Arizona and works across the Phoenix metro in person, with remote engagements nationwide using async communication and scheduled video calls.
What project sizes are a good fit?
Focused builds through multi-month product development, plus ongoing retainers. The best fit is a defined outcome — a workflow, integration, application, or automation that needs to ship. Budget and timeline are covered on the first call so the scope matches what you expect to spend.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, deployment, and credentials live in accounts you control. We document what we build and can either hand it to your team or stay on for iteration.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Send your NDA before the call if you would prefer to discuss specifics under it, or we can talk in general terms first and paper it before scoping.
How quickly can a project start?
Start dates depend on current commitments and the scope of the work. The discovery call covers realistic timing along with the approach and estimate, so you know before committing to anything.
Does this lock us to one CMS, analytics tool, or AI vendor?
No. The layer is written against the job — content, behavior, catalog, knowledge, or operations — not a preferred-vendor list. If you change platforms later, the connector is what we update. The surface your team uses stays yours.
Do we have to leave our current CMS?
No. The point is to keep the CMS you already pay for and make it drive the public site. If a move is actually warranted, that is a separate decision — not a prerequisite.
What does IT need to know about security?
The connector only sees the systems and fields you authorize. Credentials stay in your environment. We design for least privilege, audit logs, and a human review step before anything public goes live.
Who owns the connector and the generated site?
You do. Source, deployment, and credentials stay in accounts you control. We build the layer, document it, and can stay on for iteration — or hand it to your team.

Ready to generate the site from the CMS you already run?

Twenty minutes, no cost, no agency layers. Describe the outcome you need and you leave the call with a clear scope, timeline, and estimate — or an honest answer that it is not worth building.
